You wear the Strips for up to one hour a day for 7 days. The duration of application can also be shorter, if necessary, but should be at least 15 minutes.

We recommend you brush your teeth 30 minutes before application to achieve an optimal and even whitening.

1. Take out the Strips.
2. First detach the ¡§upper¡¨ strip from the protective foil.
3. Place the Strip below the edge of the gum centrally on the upper row of teeth.
Afterwards, apply the ¡§lower¡¨ Strip on the lower row of teeth.
4. Remove the strips after one hour and clean your teeth if necessary.
