Bath Soak: Sodium Chloride, Lavender Petals, Fragrance (Parfum), Limonene.

Candle: Soybean Wax, Stearic acid, Fragrance (Parfum), Microcrystalline Wax, Benzyl salicylate, Citral, Coumarin, Geraniol, Hexyl cinnamal, Limonene, Linalool.

Eye Mask: 70% Polyester, 30% Viscose

Step 1:Switch off all of your devices.
Step 2: Find a quiet space to relax, free from noise and clutter.
Step 3: Light your candle and let the natural aromas envelop the room.
Step 4: Remove the gel pad from the eye mask and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 5 minutes.
Step 5: Once cooled, put the gel pad back inside the eye mask.
Step 6: Apply eye mask, put in your ear plugs and lie back. Focus on your breath and relax for as long as you need.
Step 7: To complete the ritual and for ultimate relaxation, run a warm bath and add several drops of the floral bath soak.
