This is your deodorant refill: you must already have an outer case to put this in. When your new refill goes in, you prevent yet another deodorant can or plastic container from going to landfill or being ocean-bound. When & How do I use?
Use every morning after washing and dressing.

How much do I use?
2-3 swipes per pit. Don’t go overboard. For example, if you are getting white marks on clothes you are probably using too much.

To Refill
1.Remove the empty cradle and recycle
2.Simply pop in the new deodorant refill and twist the base of your case till the deodorant retreats all the way back down into it.
3.You can swop flavours or stick to your favourite.
