To avoid breakage, twist the pencil to raise the tip a little at a time. Gently press the pencil into the roots of your lashes, and use a dabbing or sketching motion from side to side for flawless, defined lines.

For added drama, apply the liner to your waterline by placing the pencil at the inner corner of your eye and sweeping across. This technique will make your eyes pop with an intense, bold finish.
