1. This is your deodorant refill: you must already have an outer case to put this in.

2. Active, Core or Sensitive: Remember to choose the right strength level for your armpits. Level 1) ACTIVE = our deodorants created for those who suffer with BO and rely heavily on deodorant. Best level if you are transitioning from an anti-perspirant. Level 2) CORE = free from sodium bicarbonate/ baking soda for those who have allergies to it, don’t require such super strength and for younger, teen armpits. Level 3) SENSITIVE = for super sensitive armpits. No baking soda and a gentler base formula to care for delicate skin.

3. Choose your Fragrance: Match your mood or day ahead with our entirely natural fragrances, nothing artificial.

Use every morning after washing and dressing.

How much do I use?
2-3 swipes per pit. Don’t go overboard. For example, if you are getting white marks on clothes you are probably using too much.
Proverb 70g/2.4 Fl.Oz refills are sized to be more sustainable with less packaging and less frequent shipping. Our products are very concentrated, be believe less is more.

To Refill
1.Remove the empty cradle and recycle
2.Simply pop in the new deodorant refill and twist the base of your case till the deodorant retreats all the way back down into it.
3.You can swop flavours or stick to your favourite.

Refund policy
  • Unless otherwise required by law or under special circumstances, no return or replacement of Products will be accepted once sent out or delivered.
  • We will assist you to claim from the logistics company if the Product is damaged or missed due to the logistics company’s mistake during delivery, but we accept no responsibility or liability for your loss. We will try our best to ensure the integrity and safety of the package, but it is inevitable that the appearance of the Products may be affected by accidents during the shipping.
  • If due to product quality problems, we can assist in handling the repair procedures within 7 days after you receive the Product. After 7 days, you should contact the merchant directly for the product repair.
  • If it is confirmed that any Product has quality problems, missed or delivered incorrectly during delivery, so refund or replacement of the relevant Product is required, you must clearly notify the customer service department supported by photos and descriptions of the damaged Products by email within 7 days after delivery.
  • When the payment is completed, the system will automatically send a confirmation email to you. Therefore, we cannot arrange to cancel or change any confirmed Orders. We recommend you add your favorite products into the shopping cart first, and make the payment only after you confirm the Order.
  • In the event that we cancel an Order, we will notify you by e-mail and a refund of any amount that we have deducted from your account will be made to you within thirty(30) days from the date of your Order. You agree that we do not need to make any compensation to you due to the cancellation of your Order.
Shipping policy

Delivery by OH!GLOW HK

  • Delivery Method: We work closely with S.F. Express to deliver your orders to SF self pick-up points / preferred delivery address.
  • Delivery Time: Is based on the country of origin. The standard delivery is 3-10 working days. Please refer to the item’s product page for the specific delivery time. Some products may have a longer delivery time due to hand-made items or international delivery, please refer to the product page for more information.
  • Delivery Fee: (below 20 kg) First kg: $30, Rate per sequent: 0.5kg: $7; (20kg or above) Rate per sequent: 1kg: $13. Please refer to the Service Rate Card for more information.
  • Our system will add the delivery fee at check-out and pay together. (Some remote locations and it is not directly accessible by elevator may have extra delivery fees)

Merchant Direct:

  • Delivery Method: Merchants will ship your orders to your preferred address.
  • Delivery Time: The standard delivery is 3-7 working days. The exact delivery time depends on the merchant.

All Products can be delivered or picked up in the following ways:
Delivery fee prepaid - SF Stores / self-appointed address

  • Delivery fee will be added into your overall payment when you checkout except the merchant direct order.
  • After OH!GLOW HK/Seller has shipped the Product, you will receive a delivery Confirmation email. You may check the latest status of the shipment of the Product through our Tracking Code service.
  • You agree and authorize us to transfer your information provided for the purchase of a Product (including name, contact number and delivery address, payment information, etc.,) to any supplier, manufacturer, logistics company who provides logistics service(s).
  • Delivery dates may be affected by different countries’ and regions’ suppliers or logistics problems, which may cause delays in arriving in Hong Kong. We will try our best to assist, but not guarantee that there will be no delay.
  • If we reasonably believe to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, we will notify you if feasible and let you choose whether to continue the purchase and rearrange delivery date. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
  • Our logistics company or mechart direct order does not provide delivery service on non-Business Days.
  • In case the Products are returned to us due to incorrect delivery information provided by customers, customers’ failure to respond to repeated attempts of contact by logistics providers, customers’ unreasonable rejection of Products, customers’ failure to collect the Products within time or customers’ rejection of accepting SF Locker (if applicable) as the second choice of delivery address etc., the additional administration costs, re-arrangement charges or penalty from the logistics providers incurred therefrom shall be borne by the customers.
  • We currently do not make deliveries to remote areas and outer islands,and buildings without elevator facilities. We reserve the right to decline delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will collect your ordered Product from the third party logistic company or.merchant direct service. Under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund. Additional cost will be imposed (Pay on delivery) if the third-party logistics company or merchant direct order makes deliveries to remote areas and outer islands,and buildings without elevator facilities. There will not be any delivery service for other outer islands.
  • You will become the owner and bear the risk of the Product you have ordered when we or our supplier have sent out the Product We will not be liable for any loss or damage of the Product thereafter.
  • Additional delivery fee will be charged if the Order payment (after using promotion code) is less than the spending level eligible for free delivery.
  • Different Products may have different delivery time/regional restrictions. Please read the information indicated on the Product page carefully.
  • You may occasionally experience delays in delivery for reasons such as a high volume of Orders being received by OH!GLOW HK during sale periods, holidays and special circumstances (e.g. bad weather) or the occurrence of other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery, or, if you wrongfully fail to take delivery of the products, at the time when we have tendered delivery of the products. We will not be liable for the loss./span>
