How to Use 

To CLEANSE, wet your face, massage the Cleanse & Shave Nutrient Mud upwards using small circular motions, and remove with warm water and a clean face cloth. For best results, use morning and evening. To SHAVE, apply to half of your face, shave, then repeat on the other side. To COMBINE, first shave, then massage the residue of the mud around your face to cleanse. Rinse off and/or remove with a wet cloth.

Usage Amount

To wash your face, use a small blueberry-sized piece with water. To shave, use a large blueberry-sized piece. Proverb is very concentrated, so apply less than you instinctively want to. The mineral clays are very white, so always use a cloth to remove them. Wherever possible, remove all cleansers with a clean face cloth. This product produces a stimulating action, removing pore-clogging dirt and reducing the chance of spot-producing bacteria building up.
