When & How do I use?

To CLEANSE wet face, massage Cleanse & Shave Nutrient Mud upwards, using small circular motions and remove with warm water and a clean face cloth. For best results use morning and evening. To SHAVE apply to half of your face, shave, then repeat on other side. To COMBINE - first shave, then massage residue of the mud around face to cleanse. Rinse off and/or remove with a wet cloth.

How much do I use?

To wash your face, use a small blueberry sized piece with water. To shave use a large blueberry sized piece.

Proverb is very concentrated so apply less than you instinctively want to, the mineral clays are very white - so always use a cloth to remove it. Wherever possible remove all cleansers with a clean face cloth. It produces a stimulating action, removing pore clogging dirt and reduces the chance of spot producing bacteria building up.
